Guidelines on Booking Confirmation and Cancellation
- In case of cancellations made within 14 to 21 days of check-in date, the deposits for accommodations can be applied to another stay within 2 years/ transferable to your friend’s new bookings on your recommend. OR the amount deducting 50 % of the room rent + bank charge shall be refunded.
- In the case of cancellations made later than 14 days of check-in date 50 % of the amount can be applied to another stay within two years/ transferable to your friend’s new bookings on your recommendation.
